摘　　要：通过对某企业铜板带生产表面清洗线中的脱脂、酸洗、研磨和钝化工艺的分析,以及对铜带清洗中支撑研磨刷机和悬臂式研磨刷机的结构形式、应用优缺点的对比,阐述了带材清洗工艺尤其是研磨工艺对铜板带的表面质量的重要性,以及现代研磨装备的发展历程。By analyzing the processes of degreasing, pickling, grinding and passivation in the surface cleaning line of copper strip production of an enterprise, and comparing the structural style and application advantages & disadvantages of the support grinding machine and cantilever grinding machine in copper strip cleaning process flow, the paper describes the importance of strip cleaning process, especially the grinding process, to the surface quality of copper strip, as well as the development history of modern grinding equipment.
