摘　　要：氧化铝由于硬度大、化学稳定性好,可用于陶瓷、基板玻璃、催化载体、电池隔膜涂层等材料。本文主要介绍α-氧化铝的结构形态、制备方法及应用成果,总结归纳了α-氧化铝结构形态特征、α-氧化铝各种形态的制备方案、科研应用及商业成果、各厂商α-氧化铝产品的工艺参数等。通过对比分析,阐述了我国在α-氧化铝上的工艺进步,高纯、高细度、功能化α-氧化铝制备方案,合成温度的降低策略等。同时,还展示了α-氧化铝在科研上的特殊应用、产业行情、产品信息等,为高质量α-氧化铝的合成与产业化提供思路。Because of its hardness and chemical stability,α-alumina is often used in ceramics,substrate glass,catalytic carrier,battery diaphragm coating,and other materials.In this paper,the structure and morphology ofα-alumina,preparation methods,and application achievements are introduced.The structure and morphology characteristics ofα-alumina,preparation schemes of various forms ofα-alumina,scientific research and commercial achievements,and technological parameters ofα-alumina products from various manufacturers are summarized.By comparison and analysis,this paper expounds on theα-alumina technology progress,high purity,high fineness,preparation plan of functioningα-alumina,strategies in lowering synthetic temperature.Meanwhile,it shows theα-alumina’s special applications in scientific research,industrial market,product information so as to providethoughts for the synthesis and industrialization for alpha-alumina.
