摘　　要：大叶风兰是从韩国引进的一种附生兰类,具有造型奇特、株型“迷你”、花香浓郁等特点,市场开发价值较高。本文介绍了大叶风兰的特征特性,并综述了灭菌、栽培基质、环境温度、遮光、水分、肥料等环境因子对大叶风兰组培苗成活及生长的影响,旨在提升大叶风兰人工繁殖速度,并为其珍稀种质资源的保护及大规模工厂化生产提供技术支持。Neofinetia falcate is a kind of epiphytic orchid introduced from South Korea,which has the characteristics of unique shape,"mini"plant type and strong flower fragrance.It has high market development value.The characteristics of Neofinetia falcate were introduced,and the effects of environmental factors,such as sterilization,cultivation medium,environmental temperature,shading,water and fertilizer on the survival and growth of tissue cultured seedlings of Neofinetia falcate were summarized,aiming to improve the artificial propagation speed of Neofinetia falcate,and provide technical support for the conservation of its rare germplasm resources and large-scale industrial production.
