针刺减压法联合硫酸镁湿敷在新生儿输液肿胀中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探索针刺减压联合硫酸镁湿敷在处理新生儿输液肿胀中的效果。方法:采用针刺减压法联合硫酸镁湿敷的方法处理16例发生输液外渗的新生患儿。结果:在24小时内,16例患儿肢体肿胀均完全消失,皮肤由硬变软,血液循环良好,未出现穿刺点感染等并发症。1例患儿输注红细胞外渗而引起的皮肤青紫也转红润。结论:采用针刺减压法联合硫酸镁湿敷处理新生儿严重输液外渗,及时有效。Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture decompression combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress in the treatment of neonatal infusion swelling.Methods:Acupuncture decompression combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress was used to treat 16 cases of neonatal children with transfusion extravasation.Results:Within 24 hours,the swelling of limbs disappeared completely,the skin became soft from hard,and the blood circulation was good.There were no complications such as puncture site infection.One patient's skin turned ruddy due to extravasation of red blood cells.Conclusion:Acupuncture decompression combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress is a timely and effective method for the treatment of severe transfusion extravasation of newborns.
