超前小导管联合超前锚杆在沙溪阳隧道中的应用

摘　　要：针对超前小导管联合超前锚杆施工方法,结合沙溪阳隧道实际情况及重难点,从注浆小导管超前支护、超前锚杆施工方法及二者联合应用要点3个方面入手,分析了超前小导管联合超前锚杆在高速公路隧道施工中的应用。在高速公路隧道施工中经常会遇到不良地质段,容易出现冒顶、塌方、突水、突泥等现象,产生安全隐患。采用超前锚杆施工方法可对隧道工程提前支护,联合超前小导管用于隧道Ⅴ级围岩地段支护,可提高围岩自身承载能力,大幅度提升隧道工程的支护效果,确保其强度和承载力满足要求,促使各道工序能够高效、有序地开展,从而为隧道施工营造一个安全、稳定的环境。In order to analyze the application of the construction method of forepoling bolt in expressway tunnel engineering,combined with the actual situation and major difficulties of Shaxiyang Tunnel,the application of advanced small duct combined with forepoling bolt in highway tunnel construction is analyzed from three aspects:the advanced support of grouting small duct,the construction method of forepoling bolt,and the key points of their joint application.In the construction of expressway tunnels,unfavorable geologi-cal sections are often encountered,which is prone to such phenomena as roof caving,landslides,water inrush,mud inrush and so on,resulting in potential safety hazards.Adopting the construction method of forepoling bolt can support the tunnel project in advance,and combined with the advanced small duct,it can be used to support the grade V surrounding rock section of the tunnel,which helps to improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock itself and greatly improve the supporting effect of the tunnel project,thus creating a safe and stable construction environment for the safe construction of the tunnel,ensuring that its strength and bearing capacity meet the requirements,and promoting the efficient and orderly development of each procedure.
