城乡电子商务营销的双向流通体系信用评价研究

摘  要:为进一步促进我国城乡电子商务行业的发展,对城乡电子商务营销双向流通体系的信用评价进行研究。文章先对城乡电子商务营销双向流通体系进行界定,明确双向流通体系的性质和应用优势,然后对该体系的组织形式进行研究,利用BP神经网络算法选取相关指标,完成城乡电子商务营销的双向流通信用评价体系的建立,研究当前城乡电子商务营销双向流通体系的征信水平。对比试验结果表明:误差拟合度分布曲线能控制在0.03以内,评价准确率在96%以上,具有一定价值。除此之外,提出提高信用评价值准确率的对策建议,以期加速我国城乡之间商贸流通一体化的进程。In order to further promote the development of urban and rural e-commerce industry in China,the credit evaluation of the two-way circulation system of urban and rural e-commerce marketing is hereby studied.First,the two-way circulation system of urban and rural e-commerce marketing is defined so as to clarify the nature and application advantages of the two-way circulation system.Then the organizational form of the system is studied.The BP neural network algorithm is applied to select relevant indicators to complete the establishment of the two-way circulation of urban and rural e-commerce marketing,and the credit level of the current two-way circulation system of urban and rural e-commerce marketing is studied.The comparative test shows that the error fitting distribution curve of the method introduced can be controlled within 0.03,and the evaluation accuracy rate is above 96%,which is of certain value.In addition,strategies to improve the accuracy of the credit evaluation value in terms of the insufficiency of this method are also proposed,with a view to accelerating the integration process of commerce circulation between urban and rural areas in China.
