摘 要:单细胞测序技术是指在单个细胞的水平上对细胞自身携带的遗传信息进行测序,包含对基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、表观遗传组的测序以及多组学联合测序等。目前,单细胞测序技术被广泛应用于人类疾病研究如肝脏疾病、心脏疾病、肿瘤等,其在畜禽遗传育种中也发挥了重大作用,利用单细胞测序技术可以对家畜家禽进行早期选种选育,缩短世代间隔,提高繁殖效率。本文对单细胞测序技术及其在畜禽遗传育种中的应用展开综述,以期为后续家畜家禽遗传育种的研究提供参考。Single-cell sequencing technology refers to the sequencing of genetic information carried by a cell itself at the level of a single cell, including genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, proteome sequencing, epigenome sequencing and multi-omics combined sequencing. At present, the technology is widely used in the study of human diseases such as liver disease, heart disease, cancer, etc., in livestock and poultry genetics and breeding also plays an important role. Single cell sequencing technology can be used for livestock and poultry early selection and breeding of animals, shorten generation interval and improve reproductive efficiency. In this paper, the single-cell sequencing technology and its application to livestock and poultry genetics and breeding were reviewed in order to provide some reference for the future research of livestock and poultry genetics and breeding.
