摘 要:猪肠道菌群与宿主肠道健康密切相关。肠道菌群能够参与消化吸收饲料营养物质,日粮营养能够调控猪肠道菌群结构以及微生物代谢产物的组成。近年来,肠道菌群与日粮营养的双向互作关系备受关注,如何以肠道菌群为靶点调控猪日粮营养的高效利用成为研究热点。本文主要综述了日粮营养消化模式、猪肠道菌群演变规律、肠道菌群对营养物质的代谢调控以及菌群分型研究与营养调控,旨在从猪群肠道健康角度推进精准饲养。The microbiota is closely related to pigs’ intestinal health. The microbiota could participate in the digestion and absorption of nutrients, and dietary nutrition can regulate the structure of intestinal microbiota and the composition of microbiota metabolism products. In recent years, the two-way interaction between intestinal microbiota and dietary nutrition has attracted much attention. How to regulate the efficient utilization of dietary nutrition in pigs with microbiota as the target has become a research hotspot. In this paper, we reviewed the nutritional digestion model of diet, the evolution of intestinal microbiota for pigs, the regulation of nutrient metabolism by intestinal microbiota and the prospect of microbial typing in nutritional regulation.
