摘 要:目前,我国绒山羊产业发展的关键是提高绒山羊个体产绒量和改善羊绒品质。褪黑素具有调节睡眠、抗衰老、提高免疫、调节被毛生长周期等作用。利用褪黑素促进山羊绒生产的研究已有很多年历史,发现褪黑素可提高绒产量、改善羊绒品质。本文综述了褪黑素在绒山羊的绒毛性状及促绒生长机制、繁殖性能方面的研究进展,为褪黑素在绒山羊生产中的应用提供参考。At present, the key to the development of cashmere industry in China is to improve the cashmere production and quality of cashmere. Melatonin can regulate sleep, fight aging, improve immunity, regulate hair growth cycle and so on. There have been many years of studies on the promotion of cashmere production by melatonin. It has been found that melatonin can increase cashmere yield and improve cashmere quality, but also decashmere phenomenon. This paper reviews the effect of melatonin on cashmere traits, growth promoting mechanism and reproductive performance of cashmere goats, providing reference for the application of melatonin in cashmere goat production.
