摘  要:试验旨在探究犊牛断奶前后血液生化指标和肠道通透性的变化规律。选择50日龄的中国荷斯坦母犊牛12头,于60日龄断奶,分别于断奶前2 d及断奶后1、2、3周采集血液。结果表明:断奶前2 d犊牛血中尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量高于断奶后1、2、3周(P<0.01),血液碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量高于断奶后1周(P<0.01),而断奶前2 d犊牛血液总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量低于断奶后1、2、3周(P<0.01),断奶后3周血液ALP含量高于断奶前2d(P<0.01);断奶前2d犊牛血液白细胞介素-1(IL-1β)含量低于断奶后1、2、3周(P<0.01),结合珠蛋白(HP)含量低于断奶后1、2、3周(P<0.05),而Toll样受体(TLR4)含量则低于断奶后3周(P<0.05);断奶前2 d和断奶后1、2、3周闭锁小带蛋白(ZO-1)以及乳酸(D-LA)无显著差异,但断奶后3周犊牛血液二胺氧化酶(DAO)含量高于断奶前2 d(P<0.01)。由此可见,断奶应激使得犊牛营养和能量摄入不足,会增加自身脂肪动员和体蛋白分解,从而影响其自身对营养物质的代谢,也会引发机体炎症反应,进而影响犊牛内分泌系统和免疫系统;应激也会造成D-LA、DAO水平上升,这也证明了犊牛断奶应激会造成肠道屏障受损,进而对其肠道通透性产生影响。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the changes of blood biochemical indexes and intestinal permeability before and after weaning of calves. Twelve 50-day-old Chinese Holstein female calves were selected and was weaned at 60-day-old. Blood was collected 2 days before weaning, and 1, 2, and 3 weeks after weaning. The results showed that the blood urea nitrogen(BUN), total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) contents of calves 2 days before weaning were higher than those at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after weaning(P<0.01), The enzyme(ALP) content was higher than that at 1 week after weaning(P<0.01), while the blood total protein(TP), globulin(GLB), and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) content of calves 2 days before weaning were lower than those at 1, 2, and 3 weeks after weaning(P<0.01), The blood ALP content at 3 weeks after weaning was higher than that at 2 days before weaning(P<0.01). The serum interleukin-1(IL-1β) content of calves at 2days before weaning was lower than that at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after weaning(P<0.01), the content of binding globulin(HP) was lower than that at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after weaning(P<0.05), and the content of Toll-like receptor(TLR4) was lower than that at 3 weeks after weaning(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in zonular atresia protein(ZO-1) and lactic(D-LA)at 2 days before weaning and 1, 2 and 3 weeks after weaning, but 3 weeks after weaning the blood diamine oxidase(DAO)content of calves was higher than that at 2 days before weaning(P<0.01). This shows that weaning stress causes calves to have inadequate nutrient and energy intake, increases their own fat mobilization and body protein catabolism, which affects their own metabolism of nutrients, and also triggers inflammatory reactions in the body, which in turn affects the endocrine and immune systems of calves;stress also causes an increase in D-LA and DAO levels, which also proves that calf weaning stress causes damage to the intestinal barrier, which in turn affects their intestinal permeability This also demonstrat
