氨咖黄敏胶囊治疗轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氨咖黄敏胶囊(含体外培育牛黄10 mg/粒)治疗轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法选择2022年4月—2022年5月上海方舱医院收治的193例发热的轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者以1:1比例随机分配至两组(治疗组92例,对照组101例)。治疗组给予氨咖黄敏胶囊(含体外培育牛黄10 mg/粒),对照组给予氨酚伪麻美芬片/氨麻美敏片,总疗程不超过7 d。观察患者核酸转阴时间(新冠病毒检测核酸CT值连续2次≥35)、发热持续时间、用药3日后主要临床症状包括咽痛、鼻塞、头痛及肌肉酸痛等改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组核酸转阴时间为(5.84±2.88)d及(5.75±2.36)d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组发热时间为(1.36±0.57)d及(1.47±0.63)d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组患者治疗后临床症状改善率分别为咽痛81.97%和63.77%,鼻塞92.06%和79.22%,头痛91.07%和73.02%,肌肉酸痛92.68%和74.47%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨咖黄敏胶囊(含体外培育牛黄10 mg/粒)能显著改善轻型新冠肺炎患者的咽痛、鼻塞、头痛、肌肉酸痛等临床症状,为其治疗该疾病提供了初步的临床证据。Object To observe the clinical efficacy of Paracetamol,Caffeine,Bovis Calculus Sativus and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules(Ankahuangmin Capsules)(contains 10 mg in vitro cultured bezoar)in the treatment of mild cases of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and provide the basis for medication guides.Methods 193 patients with mild COVID-19 with fever from Shanghai Fangcang shelter hospital from April 2022to May 2022 were collected.Patients were randomly assigned to two groups in a 1:1 ratio(92 in the treatment group and 101 in the control group).The treatment group was given paracetamol,caffeine,bovis calculus sativus and chlorphenamine maleate capsules(contains 10 mg in vitro cultured bezoar).The control group was given Compound Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Tablets.Both groups were treated not exceeding 7 days.The time of nucleic acid conversion(COVID-19 nucleic acid CT values≥35 for two consecutive times),duration of fever,the main clinical symptoms after 3 days treatment including sore throat,nasal congestion,headache and muscle aches of both groups were observed and compared.Result In the treatment group,the time of nucleic acid conversion was(5.84±2.88)days and it was(5.75±2.36)days in the control group,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the treatment group,the duration of fever was(1.36±0.57)days and it was(1.47±0.63)days in the control group.without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The symptoms improvement rate of patients in the treatment and the control group after treatment was as followings:Sore throat 81.97%and 63.77%,nasal congestion 92.06%and 79.22%,headache 91.07%and 73.02%,muscle aches 92.68%and 74.47%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Paracetamol,Caffeine,Bovis Calculus Sativus and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules(contains 10 mg in vitro cultured bezoar)can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of sore throat,nasal congestion,headache and muscle aches in the mild patients of COVID-19.All these results
