摘　　要：提出运用图像处理技术方法和算法,编写铸件典型内部缺陷检测软件,分类识别气孔、缩孔、夹杂、裂纹等典型内部缺陷图像,检测对应目标缺陷,获取相关缺陷信息。实际应用表明:检测方法能准确提取识别铸件典型内部缺陷,获取有价值的缺陷信息,具有实际应用价值。In order to accurately identify and extract the internal defect image and information of castings,this paper proposes to use the digital image processing technology to compile the algorithm software for typical internal defect detection of castings,based on the industrial CT image.Test examples and results show that:the algorithm software can identify,locate and mark the original defect image of industrial CT,and obtain the number,length,area and other information of target defects,which provide image and data information for defect evaluation,it is of great value to the production of castings and the improvement of casting process.
