摘 要:文章采用冷冻干燥法制备了以SiO气凝胶为载体的Cu-Mo基催化剂,在固定床反应器中评价其催化CO_(2)加氢合成低碳醇的性能,考察了原料气中CO_(2)体积分数对合成反应的影响。结果表明:在压力为5 MPa,空速为2000 h,n(H)/n(CO_(2))=2,温度为260℃反应条件下,当CO_(2)体积分数为0.92%时,反应产物中总醇选择性达34.23%,CO_(2)H在总醇中的质量分数达55.55%,催化剂催化合成低碳醇的性能较好。液体产物低碳醇中主要以甲醇、乙醇和正丙醇为主,在总醇中的质量占比高达97%。原料气中引入CO_(2)会促进逆水汽变换反应发生而降低CO_(2)的转化率;随着CO_(2)浓度的增大,CO_(2)在催化剂孔道内部的扩散受到抑制而变慢,有利于增加低碳醇的选择性和降低副反应的发生。The Cu-Mo catalyst supported by SiOaerogel was prepared by freeze-drying method.The catalytic performance of CO_(2)hydrogenation to synthesize higher alcohol was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor,and the effect of CO_(2)volume fraction in the feed gas on the synthesis reaction was investigated.The results show that:under the reaction conditions of P=5 MPa,space velocity=2000 h,n(H)/n(CO_(2))=2,and temperature 260℃,when the volume fraction of CO_(2)was 0.92%,the total alcohol selectivity of the catalyst in the reaction products reached to 34.23%,and the mass fraction of CO_(2)H reached to 55.55%in the total alcohol.Therefore,the Cu-Mo catalyst has good catalytic performance for the synthesis of higher alcohols.The liquid products are mainly methanol,ethanol and n-propanol,which account for 97%of the total alcohol by mass.The introduction of CO_(2)into the feed gas would promote the reverse water vapor shift reaction and reduce the conversion rate of CO_(2).With the increase of CO_(2)concentration,the diffusion of CO_(2)in the pores of catalyst was inhibited and slowed down,which was beneficial to increase the selectivity of the target products and reduce the occurrence of side reactions.
