摘　　要：设立大学生创新性实验项目是培养创新型人才的重要手段之一。根据创新性实验指导过程中可能存在的一些共性问题,有必要对解决相关问题的经验进行探讨和交流。以土壤地理创新性实验项目指导为立足点,从实验内容设计、实验条件保障、吸引师资力量和调动学生积极性等方面,提出了在该类实验指导中,保障创新性实验顺利开展的一些见解。同时,对实验结果控制也提出了一些值得注意的问题。Innovative experiment for undergraduates is an important means to cultivate the students’ creative talents. According to some common problems that may exist in the process of innovative experiment guidance, it is necessary to discuss and exchange the experiences of solving relevant problems. Taking the innovative experiment in soil geography as an example, some viewpoints were raised from the aspects of experiment design, facility guarantee, faculty support, and students’ willingness. Some issues about experiment results control were also discussed.
