摘　　要：当前高等院校对创新教育和创新型人才的培养十分重视,而工程训练中心的特点决定了其应该也可以在创新教育和创新型人才的培养过程中发挥重要而独特的作用,但现阶段讨论较普遍的是单一性的创新活动和教育。通过浙江大学工程训练中心在创新教育上多年努力和探索的基础上,提出了工程训练中心的三层次创新体系建设,以期能够使工程训练中心在创新教育和创新型人才的培养上发挥更大的作用。At present,colleges and universities attach great importance to the cultivation of innovative education and innovative talents,and the characteristics of Engineering Training Center determine that it should and can play an important and unique role in the process of innovative education and cultivation of innovative talents,but at this stage,the more common discussion is single innovation activities and education.Based on years of efforts and explorations in innovation education of engineering training center of Zhejiang University,this paper puts forward the construction of three-level innovation system of engineering training center,in order to make the engineering training center play a greater role in innovation education and cultivation of innovative talents.
