摘　　要：从业财一体化管理的视域对民族地方高校贵重仪器管理进行分析,按照贵重仪器“全生命周期”演化的规律,梳理了贵重仪器的申购、验收、使用、报废全业务流程,提出业财一体化管理视域下民族地方高校贵重仪器管理共享与融合的路径,通过“实况管控、实时沟通、实效规范”的策略保障和优化民族地方高校贵重仪器的流程管理。This paper analyses the management of precious instruments from the perspective of finance and business integration management of precious instruments management in local universities of ethnic minorities.According to the evolving regularity of Life-Cycle for precious instruments,combs the entire business process of purchase,acceptance,use,scrap for precious instruments,puts forward the sharing and integration path of the perspective of finance and business integration management of precious instruments management in local universities of ethnic minorities,safeguards and optimizes the process management of instruments management in local universities of ethnic minorities by means of strategy as live control,real-time communication and effective norm.
