浅谈PP/LLDPE/乙烯-丙烯共聚物共混体系在P类高分子预铺防水卷材中的应用

摘　　要：测试了PP/LLDPE/乙烯-丙烯共聚物共混体系的各项力学指标,并通过实际生产检测数据,论证了该共混体系在P类高分子预铺防水卷材中应用的可能性。结果表明,该体系与目前的HDPE体系相比,模量更低、材料更柔软,易施工;经改性增韧后具备了更优异的耐低温性能和膜断裂伸长率,有利于添加更多的填料,降低成本。The mechanical indexes of the blending system of PP/LLDPE/ethylene-propylene copolymer are tested,and the possibility of its application in P type polymer pre-laid waterproofing membrane is demonstrated through test data of actual production.The results show that compared with current HDPE system,this system is featured with lower modulus,softer material and easier construction;after being modified and toughened,it has more excellent low temperature resistance and membrane elongation at break,which is conducive to adding more fillers and reducing costs.
