摘　　要：介绍了以东方雨虹聚酯增强型TPO防水卷材为主体的单层屋面机械固定系统在华晨宝马汽车发动机工厂南机械加工车间屋面防水工程项目上的应用。该项目采用了新技术,解决了TPO卷材表面自洁问题,克服了焊接虚焊漏焊的工法问题,创新性地解决了不规则截面H型钢柱的泛水施工问题,保证了屋面系统的防水安全,提高了系统性能优势。This paper introduces the application of the mechanically fixed single-layer roof system which employs polyester reinforced TPO waterproofing membrane from Oriental Yuhong as the main part in the roof waterproofing project of the south machining workshop of BMW Brilliance Automobile Engine Factory.New technology is adopted in this project and the self-cleaning problem of the surface of TPO membrane is solved,the construction method problem of faulty welding and missed welding is overcome,and the flashing construction problem of H-shaped steel columns with irregular sections is creatively solved.This ensures the waterproofing safety of the roof system,and improves the performance advantages of the system.
