摘 要:针对相同工艺免烫整理后粘胶织物甲醛含量高于棉织物这一现象,从纤维交联程度、物理结构与自身性质三方面探究其原因。通过亚甲基蓝染色法与还原糖法证明粘胶织物与整理剂的交联程度不及棉织物。采用XRD和SEM分析可知粘胶纤维结晶度低于棉,且存在皮芯结构,皮层比内层致密,对整理剂进入纤维内部造成阻碍。此外,粘胶纤维自身对甲醛的吸附量大于棉。Aiming at the phenomenon that the formaldehyde content of viscose fabric is higher than that of cotton fabric after non ironing finishing in the same process,reasons are explored from three aspects of the degree of fiber crosslinking,the change of physical structure and its own properties.Through Methylene Blue dyeing method and reducing sugar method,it is revealed that the crosslinking degree between viscose fabrics and finishing agent is less than that of cotton fabrics.XRD and SEM analysis show that the crystallinity of viscose fabrics is lower than that of cotton,and the viscose fabrics has skin-core structure,and the skin layer is denser than the inner layer which prevents the finishing agent entering the fabric.In addition,the adsorption capacity of viscose fibers to formaldehyde is greater than that of cotton fibers.
