摘  要:聚酰胺56(PA56)和聚酰胺66(PA66)同属于聚酰胺材料,具有相似的化学结构,但阻燃性能不同。为进一步探究二者的差异,试验分析和比较了聚酰胺56和聚酰胺66织物的物理性能和阻燃性能。研究发现:相同单位面积质量的聚酰胺56和聚酰胺66的力学性能和手感相似,但聚酰胺56的阻燃性能较聚酰胺66高;聚酰胺56织物的损毁长度及面积较小,在燃烧过程中产生少量的熔滴,但不能点燃脱脂棉,极限氧指数高达27.4%,热释放和烟雾产生量较低,平均有效燃烧热仅为聚酰胺66的58.8%,所以火灾危害性更低。Polyamide 56(PA56)and polyamide 66(PA66)are both polyamide materials.Their chemical structures are similar,but flame retardancy properties are different.In order to further explore the differences,experiments are carried out to analyze and compare the physical properties and flame retardancy of polyamide 56 and polyamide 66 fabrics.The results show that the mechanical properties and handle are similar of polyamide 56and polyamide 66 with the same fabric density,but the flame retardancy of polyamide 56 is much better than that of polyamide 66.The damaged length and area of polyamide 56 are smaller,and little droplets are generated during the combustion process,but the absorbent cotton is not ignited.Its limiting oxygen index is as high as 27.4%.In addition,the fire hazard of polyamide 56 is lower,because its heat release and smoke production are lower than that of polyamide 66.The average effective heat of combustion of polyamide 56 is only 58.8%of that of polyamide 66.
