摘 要:采用传统两浴两步法、传统一浴一步法和高牢度一浴一步法对涤锦交织面料进行染色,对比了三种工艺的耗时、耗水、耗电以及染色后织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,高牢度一浴一步法工艺具有节能、省水的优势,同时加工的织物耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度较佳。Dyeing process of polyester/polyamide intertexture is carried out with the traditional two-bath-twostep method,the traditional one-bath-one-step method and the one bath method with high fastness.The consumptions of time,water and electricity of several processes and the color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of dyed fabrics are compared.The results show that the one-bath method with high fastness not only can save energy and water consumptions,but also can impart the mixture fabric excellent color fastnesses to washing and rubbing.
