摘 要:采用紫外分光光度计法、考马斯亮蓝法和元素分析法测定了蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺织物的氮含量,并通过氮含量指标优化了蚕蛹蛋白/涤纶/棉混纺织物的前处理工艺。研究表明:元素分析法测氮含量最快速、简单、准确;其次是考马斯亮蓝法;而紫外分光光度计法最为复杂,测量结果也不是很准确。利用生物酶对蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺织物前处理效果最好,采用元素分析法测得其氮损失仅为16.7%;而酸和碱前处理织物的氮损失高达35%以上,是生物酶处理的2倍以上。Nitrogen content of the silkworm chrysalis protein fabric is tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,Coomassie Bright Blue method and element analysis method respectively.The pretreatment process of silkworm chrysalis protein/polyester/cotton blended fabric is optimized by nitrogen content index.The results show that the elemental analysis method is the most rapid,simple and accurate method for nitrogen content determination,followed by Coomassie Bright Blue method,while the ultraviolet spectrophotometer method is the most complex and the measurement results are not very accurate.The pretreatment effect of biological enzyme on silkworm chrysalis protein fiber blended fabric is the best,in which the nitrogen loss measured by elemental analysis is only 16.7%.The nitrogen loss of the fabric treated with acid and alkali is more than 35%,which is more than twice that of the enzyme treatment.
