摘 要:面板堆石坝工程往往会产生大量的软岩开挖料,而这些开挖料的工程特性一般较差,单独用于一般的中高坝基本可以满足要求,但直接应用于特高面板堆石坝,不能满足特高面板堆石坝对其坝料工程特性的要求。依托某250 m级特高面板堆石坝工程,将软岩开挖料与硬岩料掺和形成掺配料,通过室内试验及现场大型试验等手段,针对掺配料的风化程度、掺配比例等,从其强度特性、应力应变特性以及压实特性等方面进行分析,结果表明,软硬岩掺配料可以达到较大的干密度、较高的压缩模量,掺配料作为特高面板堆石坝的填筑料是可行的,但最好用于下游堆石区,并应最大限度的利用开挖料。Construction of concrete face rockfill dam projects often produce a large amount of soft rock excavation materials,and the engineering characteristics of these excavation materials are generally poor.They can meet the requirements when used alone in general medium-high dams.However,when they are directly used in ultra-high concrete face rockfill dam,they cannot meet the requirements for the engineering characteristics of the ultra-high concrete face rockfill dam material.Based on a 250 m ultra-high concrete face rockfill dam project,soft rock excavation materials and hard rock materials are mixed to produce mixtures.Through laboratory tests and large-scale field tests,the weathering degree and mixing ratio of mixtures are analyzed from its strength characteristics,stress-strain characteristics and compaction characteristics.The results show that the soft and hard rock mixtures can reach large dry density and high compressive modulus,and it is feasible to use the mixtures as filling materials for ultra-high concrete face rockfill dam.However,it is optimal to be used in the downstream rockfill area and the excavation materials shall be used to the maximal extent.
