摘 要:为了解同期发情处理的河流型水牛血液激素变化情况,本试验在夏季选用2种同期发情方案,分别为Ovsynch法(GnRH/PGF/GnRH)和CIDR-Ovsynch法(CIDR/GnRH/PGF/GnRH),对22头健康河流型水牛(摩拉和尼里-拉菲水牛各11头)进行同期发情处理,然后用B型超声波对卵泡发育和排卵进行监测并采集血液测定生殖激素含量。结果显示:Ovsynch法的发情率为91.67%(11/12),排卵率为75.00%(9/12);CIDR法的发情率为100%(10/10),排卵率为40.00%(4/10);摩拉水牛的发情率和排卵率(100%和81.82%)均高于尼里-拉菲水牛(90.91%和36.36%);在不同时间段中,2种方法处理后排卵和不排卵的水牛生殖激素均有一定差异,排卵水牛促卵泡素(FSH)在9~11 d呈逐渐下降趋势,且第11天浓度小于不排卵水牛,雌二醇(E_(2))浓度在7~12 d呈逐渐上升趋势,且第10~11天浓度大幅上升并高于不排卵水牛,胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)浓度总体呈逐渐上升趋势,且第10~12天的浓度高于不排卵水牛;不排卵水牛FSH浓度在9~12 d呈小幅度波动变化,E_(2)浓度在10~12 d呈小幅度波动上升,IGF-1浓度在7~12 d呈波动上升趋势。综上所述,河流型水牛用Ovsynch法比CIDR法的发情排卵效果好,摩拉水牛的同期发情排卵效果优于尼里-拉菲水牛;同期发情处理后正常排卵的河流型水牛在排卵前具有明显的FSH浓度下降以及E_(2)、IGF-1浓度上升规律。In order to study the changes of blood hormones in river buffalo treated with synchronous estrus, this study applied two synchronous estrus schemes in summer, namely Ovsynch method(GnRH/PGF/GnRH) and CIDR-Ovsynch method(CIDR/GnRH/PGF/GnRH),22 healthy river buffaloes(11 Murrah and 11 Nili-Ravi buffaloes) were subjected to estrous treatment at the same time.After treatment, follicular development and ovulation were monitored by B-mode ultrasound, and blood was collected to determine the content of reproductive hormone.The results showed that the estrus rate of Ovsynch method was 91.67%(11/12),the ovulation rate was 75.00%(9/12);the estrus rate of CIDR method was 100%(10/10),and the ovulation rate was 40.00%(4/10);the estrus and ovulation rates of Murrah buffalo(100% and 81.82%) were higher than those of Nili-Ravi buffalo(90.91% and 36.36%);there were some differences in reproductive hormones between ovulatory and an ovulatory buffalo treated by the two methods in different time periods, FSH in ovulatory buffalo decreased gradually from 9 to 11 days, and the concentration was lower than that in an ovulatory buffalo on the 11th day,E_(2)concentration increased gradually from 7 to 12 days,and the concentration increased significantly and higher than that in an ovulatory buffalo on the 10th to 11th day,the concentration of IGF-1 increased gradually,and the concentration on the 10th to 12th day was higher than that of an ovulatory cattle;the concentration of FSH in anovulatory cattle fluctuated slightly from 9 to 12 days,the concentration of E_(2) fluctuated slightly from 10 to 12 days,and the concentration of IGF-1 fluctuated and increased from 7 to 12 days. In conclusion,Ovsynch method is better than CIDR method in estrous ovulation of river buffalo,and the effect of estrous ovulation on Murrah buffalo was better than that on Nili-Ravi buffalo;after estrus synchronization treatment,the concentration of FSH decreased and the concentration of E_(2)and IGF-1 increased significantly before ovulation.
