摘  要:为调查河南省鸡源大肠杆菌的流行与耐药情况,本试验采集河南省30个规模化养鸡场病死鸡的盲肠、肝脏、心脏等430份样品进行大肠杆菌的分离和鉴定,对分离菌株的毒力基因、耐药性和耐药基因进行检测。结果显示,从430份样品中分离鉴定出大肠杆菌374株,分离率为86.98%;在所检测的17种毒力基因中,108株大肠杆菌所携带的毒力基因种类超过10种且均携带有tsh、cvaC、iss、iroN、iucD、irp2中的3种及以上,因此将此108株大肠杆菌判定为致病性大肠杆菌;108株大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、克林霉素3种抗菌药的耐药率都已经达到了90.00%以上,有8株大肠杆菌的耐药种类达到20种以上;在耐药基因检测中,sul2(87.04%)、tetA(87.96%)、bla(75.93%)这3种耐药基因检出率较高。由此可见,河南省鸡源大肠杆菌的耐药问题十分严重,筛选替抗产品应用于鸡源大肠杆菌病的防治尤为重要。本试验对于了解河南省鸡源大肠杆菌病的流行及耐药性具有一定的参考价值。To investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of Escherichia coli in chickens in Henan Province, this study collected 430 samples of cecum, liver, heart, etc. from 30 large-scale chicken farms in Henan Province for E. coli isolation, identification, drug resistance, virulence gene and drug resistance gene testing. The results showed that 374 E. coli strains were isolated and identified from 430 samples, with an isolation rate of 86.98%;among the 17 virulence genes identified, 108 E. coli strains carried more than 10 kinds, and all harbored 3 or more of tsh, cvaC, iss, iroN, iucD, and irp2, confirming the pathogenic potential of 108 E. coli strains;the resistance rate of 108 E. coli strains to ampicillin, amoxicillin and clindamycin reached more than 90.00%, and 8 E. coli strains were resistance to more than 20 kinds of drugs;drug resistance genes sul2(87.04%), tetA(87.96%) and bla(75.93%) were more commonly detected than others. Thus, E. coli drug resistance is a serious concern in chicken farms in Henan Province, and it is important to screen alternative antibacterial products for the prevention and treatment of chicken colibacillosis. Data from this study is instrumental for understanding the prevalence and drug resistance of E. coli in chicken farms in Henan Province.
