摘　　要：病毒中和试验是血清学检测的金标准。为了评估中牧实业股份有限公司试制的牛结节性皮肤病病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒的检测效果,本研究用3批牛结节性皮肤病病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒与病毒中和试验同时对260份牛结节性皮肤病病毒(LSDV)感染牛血清和200份健康牛血清进行比对检测。结果显示,中牧实业股份有限公司试制的牛结节性皮肤病病毒ELISA试剂盒阳性检出率为86.9%(226/260),病毒中和试验阳性检出率为81.9%(213/260),二者对260份LSDV感染牛血清的检测符合率为85.8%(223/260),对200份健康牛血清的检测符合率为100%(200/200)。结果表明,中牧实业股份有限公司试制的牛结节性皮肤病病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒敏感性高、特异性好、检测结果准确度较高。In order to evaluate the detection effect of a newly developed ELISA antibody kit for detection of lumpy skin disease virus(LSDV) by China Animal Husbandry Industry Co. Ltd., this study utilized three batches of the ELISA antibody kit along with virus neutralization test, which is the gold standard for serological detection, to analyze 260 LSDV infected bovine sera and 200 healthy bovine sera. The results showed that the positive detection rate of the ELISA antibody kit was 86.9%(226/260), the positive detection rate of virus neutralization test was 81.9%(213/260), the coincidence rate between the two was 85.8%(223/260) for 260 LSDV infected sera, and the coincidence rate for 200 healthy bovine sera was 100%(200/200). Thus, the newly developed ELISA antibody kit provides highly sensitive, specific and accurate detection of lumpy skin disease virus in bovine sera.
