摘  要:研究了加捻对碳纤维及三维机织复合材料性能影响。结果表明:捻度为15 T/m时,股线的拉伸性能最优,且各性能指标离散系数均较低。经纱采用加捻纱的三维机织复合材料经向的拉伸模量和断裂强度均较无捻纱束复合材料有所降低,而相应的纬向力学性能却均有所提高,加捻纱束对三维机织复合材料的面内剪切性能影响较小。The effects of twisting on the properties of carbon fiber and its three-dimensional woven composites were studied.The results have shown that when the twist is 15T/m,the tensile properties of the plied yarn are the best,and the dispersion coefficient of the test results of each property is low.The tensile modulus and breaking strength in warp direction of the three-dimensional woven composites with twisted yarn as warp are lower than those using untwisted yarn,but the corresponding mechanical properties in weft direction are improved.The effect of twisted yarn on the in-plane shear properties of three-dimensional woven composites is small.
