摘  要:通过采用不同的盐雾腐蚀条件,人工模拟海上风电的自然环境,研究盐雾腐蚀对风能玻璃钢制品的性能影响。通过喷雾箱和湿热箱相结合的方式,设计不同盐雾严酷等级,对不同玻纤纱及其织物的玻璃钢进行了耐盐雾腐蚀试验,并通过表面形态与力学性能表征,评估产品耐盐雾腐蚀的能力。经过实验数据的验证确定了人工模拟方案可以有效表征不同玻璃钢产品的耐盐雾腐蚀性能。结果表明:改进的390玻纤纱及其织物的玻璃钢试样经过多个严酷等级盐雾腐蚀后,其拉伸强度保留率明显优于市场其他风电产品。The natural environment for offshore wind power generation under different salt spray corrosion conditions was artificially simulated,and the effects of salt spray corrosion on the performance of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)products were explored.Through the combination of spray box and damp heat box,different salt spray severity levels were designed,salt spray corrosion resistance tests on different glass fiber rovings and their fabrics were conducted,and the salt spray resistance of the products were evaluated by surface morphology and mechanical properties.Through the verification of test data,this paper has determined that the artificial simulation scheme can effectively characterize the salt spray corrosion resistance of different GFRP products.The results have showed that the improved product 390 roving and its fabric reinforced plastic samples have undergone multiple severity salt spray corrosion,and their tensile strength retention is significantly better than other products for wind power generation.
