摘 要:目的探讨数字助听器降噪技术对老年性听障者噪声下言语识别的影响。方法30例双侧中度至重度老年性听障者根据每天佩戴助听器(双侧佩戴)时长分为<4 h/d组(12例)与≥4 h/d组(18例)。在助听器降噪功能开启与关闭状态下,分别测试言语声信号均在正前方,噪声在0°与90°方位(较好耳一侧),信噪比为5和0 dB时的言语识别率,比较助听器降噪功能开启与关闭时患者的噪声下言语识别率以及两组间不同条件噪声下言语识别率的差异。结果①助听器降噪功能开启时受试者噪声下言语识别率得分高于关闭状态。<4 h/d组在信噪比为0 dB时,助听器降噪功能开启时患者的噪声下言语识别率较关闭时更高;≥4 h/d组各条件下开启助听器降噪功能时受试者的言语识别率均高于关闭降噪功能时;②无论助听器降噪功能开启与否,≥4 h/d组噪声下言语识别率得分均高于<4 h/d组。结论数字助听器降噪功能对于老年性听障者在噪声下的言语识别有帮助;日均佩戴助听器时长越长,降噪功能对其噪声下的言语识别帮助越大。Objective To explore the effects of digital hearing aid noise reduction technology on speech recognition in patients with presbycusis.Methods Thirty elderly patients with bilateral moderate to severe deafness were divided into<4 hours/day group(n=12)and≥4 hours/day group(n=18)according to the time of wearing hearing aids every day.The speech recognition score was tested when the noise reduction function of hearing aid was on or off,setting the test condition as follows:the speech signals were in front,the noise was at 0°or 90°directions(better ear side),and the signal-to-noise ratio was 5 or 0 dB.The difference of speech recognition score in noise between noise reduction function on and off and speech recognition score under different conditions between the two groups were compared.Results①The speech recognition score of the hearing aid with the noise reduction function on was higher than that of the hearing aid with the noise reduction function off.In the<4 h/day group,when the SNR was 0 dB,the patients'speech recognition score with hearing aid noise reduction function turned on was higher than those with noise reduction function turned off.In≥4 h/day group,the patients'speech recognition score with hearing aid noise reduction function on was higher than that with the hearing aid noise reduction function off.②Whether the noise reduction function of hearing aid was on or off,the speech recognition score of≥4 h/day group was generally higher than that of<4 h/day group.Conclusion The noise reduction function of digital hearing aid can improve speech recognition ability of patients with presbycusis in noise environment.The longer the average daily wearing time of hearing aids,the greater the help of the noise reduction function in their specch recognition under noise.
