摘  要:蔬菜是农业生产的重要组成部分,在我国产业结构调整、农民增收致富以及乡村振兴等方面占据重要地位。但由于蔬菜生产大多条件简易,管理不科学,导致蔬菜作物容易遭受病虫害以及极端温度、盐碱化、弱光或强光等逆境,成为蔬菜产量和品质提升的主要限制因子。本文综述了近年来蔬菜作物逆境与抗性生理理论方面取得的研究进展,总结了提高蔬菜植株抗逆性的栽培措施,并从信号分子、基因工程、抗性品种选育以及抗逆栽培技术与产品研发等方面,探讨了未来蔬菜抗逆栽培研究方向及前景,以期为蔬菜产业健康可持续发展提供借鉴与思路。The vegetable crops are an important part of agricultural production,occupying an important position in industrial restruc-turing,increasing farmers’incomes and rural revitalization.However,because of the simple production conditions of vegetables,coupled with unscientific management,it is easy to cause vegetables to face biological stresses such as diseases,pests and weeds,and abiotic stresses such as extreme temperature,salt stress,low temperature and low or high light intensity have become the main limiting factors for the improvement of vegetable yield and quality.This article reviewed recent research progress in the basic theory of stress physiology and resistance of vegetable crops,and summarized the practical measures to improve vegetable plant resistance cultivation and production.The future research direction and prospects of vegetable stress-resistant cultivation were discussed.Finally,from the aspects of signal molecule,genetic engineering,selection of resistant varieties,as well as stress-resistant cultivation technology and product development,the prospect of research and research directions for stress-resistant cultivation of vegetable crops were discussed,in order to provide reference and ideas for the healthy and sustainable development of vegetable industry in China.
