摘  要:[目的]为了提高粮食烘干机配套的热泵系统在低温下的工作性能,使其能满足不同工况下的干燥作业对热量的需求,研发一套粮食烘干机变频式热泵系统。[方法]通过1台变频压缩机与4台普通压缩机的组合,使热泵系统的理论输出热量能够完全覆盖不同工况下干燥作业的热量需求,并显著改善热泵系统在低温工况下的制热性能。为了测试变频式热泵系统的相关性能,对其进行生产试验。[结果]采用变频压缩机,在环境温度为0~5℃时,系统的出风温度相较普通定频系统提高了约32%,可满足低温工况下干燥机的作业要求。采用研发的变频式热泵系统进行稻谷干燥的生产性试验,结果显示,系统的平均性能系数(coefficient of performance,COP)为3.67,平均单位能耗除湿量为2.08 kg·(kW·h)^(-1),较普通定频热泵干燥系统分别提高了16.5%和34.4%。[结论]相较普通的定频系统,采用变频式压缩机的粮食烘干机热泵系统,可显著提高系统在低温下的出风温度,而且性能更加优异。[Objectives]In order to improve the work performance of a heat pump system at low temperature and meet the heat demand of drying operation under different working conditions,one new type of heat pump system with the variable frequency compressor for grain dryer was designed and developed.[Methods]This heat pump system was composed of one variable frequency compressor and four constant frequency compressors.Its performance at low temperature significantly improved and the theoretical output heat could vary in a wider range,which could meet the need for heat cost of the drying operation under different working conditions.We had conducted some production tests,in order to test the relative performance of the variable frequency heat pump system.[Results]The tests results showed that after a variable frequency compressor was adopted,the outlet hot air temperature of the system increased by about 32%compared to the normal frequency system at the ambient temperature of 0-5℃,which met the commend of paddy drying under a low temperature condition.The production test of rice drying was carried out by using the developed variable frequency heat pump system.The results showed that its average coefficient of performance(COP)was 3.67 and average dehumidification energy consumption ratio was 2.08 kg·(kW·h)^(-1).Compared with the constant frequency heat pump system,there were increases of 16.5%and 34.4%,respectively.[Conclusions]Compared with the normal frequency system,the heat pump system of grain dryer with variable frequency compressor not only can significantly improve the air outlet temperature of the system at low temperature,but also has better performance.
