经口腔手指辅助留置鼻胃管在食管癌根治术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经口腔手指辅助置入鼻胃管的方法在食管癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月-11月的143例食管癌根治术患者为对照组,选取2019年12月-2020年6月的215例食管癌根治术患者为观察组。对照组采用盲插法留置鼻胃管,观察组采用经口腔手指辅助法留置鼻胃管,比较2组一次性置管成功率、置管时间及置管相关并发症发生率。结果观察组一次性置管成功率明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=74.196,P<0.001),置管所用时间短于对照组(t=57.500,P<0.001),置管相关并发症低于对照组(χ^(2)=28.919,P<0.001)。结论经口腔手指辅助法留置鼻胃管不仅提高了食管癌根治术患者术中置管的成功率,而且可以缩短置管时间,降低置管相关并发症的发生率,进而促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of peroral finger-assisted placement of nasogastric tube in the esophageal cancer surgery.Methods Total of 143 patients undergoing radical esophagectomy between July and November 2019 were selected as the control group,and 215 patients between December 2019 and June 2020 were selected as the observation group.The blind placement was applied in the control group,while peroral finger-assisted placement was adopted in the observation group.The success rate of the first placement,the time spent and the ralated complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of the first placement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=74.196,P<0.001).The time spent in placement and the related complications of the former group were significantly lower than the latter(t=57.500,P<0.001;χ^(2)=28.919,P<0.001).Conclusion Peroral finger-assisted placement of nasogastric tubes improves the success rate,as well as lower the related complications and injury,thereby promoting patient recovery.
