摘 要:针对无轴承电机采用的传统双绕组结构设计复杂、铜损耗大、功率密度低的问题,提出一种基于槽号相位图法的并联式集成绕组快速设计方法,这一绕组结构能有效提升定子槽利用率,显著降低绕组端部长度,提高无轴承电机的工作效率。通过分析并联式集成绕组的结构特点,得出流经各线圈的电流情况并结合无轴承电机的特点推导该类绕组的设计与优化准则。对比基于槽矢量星形图法的绕组分相过程,说明了改用槽号相位图法的优势,这一方法显著简化了设计步骤,并能与程序自动设计结合快速实现绕组分相。搭建一台21000 r/min的表贴式高速无轴承永磁薄片电机的有限元仿真模型并进行仿真分析,通过对电机的电磁转矩、主动悬浮力及可控特性、被动悬浮力的分析,证明采用并联式集成绕组的无轴承电机兼具良好的电磁性能与悬浮能力。For the problems of complex design,high copper losses and low power density of traditional double-winding structure for bearingless motors,a winding design method based on slot phase number diagram is proposed for parallel combined windings,effectively improving the slot use ratio and working efficiency as well as reducing the end windings.The current injected into each coil and the design guidelines were deduced through analyzing the features of bearingless motor and parallel combined winding.Compared with the phase-division procedure based on slot phasor diagram method,the proposed method can display the advantage due to the simpler process.Besides,it can also be integrated into coding program to realize the fast phase-division.A surface-mounted bearingless permanent magnet slice finite element method prototype was set up to work under the high speed of 21000 r/min,verifying the motor can present both excellent torque and suspension performance through analysis of magnetic torque,active suspension force and passive suspension force.
