摘  要:针对双磁场调制磁齿轮电机耦合机理复杂、建模困难的问题,采用有限元法对双磁场调制磁齿轮电机各个端口的电磁特性进行分析,得到内、外转子以及电枢绕组之间的磁场耦合关系,建立基于内、外转子位置的双d-q旋转坐标系。分析双磁场调制磁齿轮电机稳定运行时内外转子的磁场相位关系,并采用叠加定理将双转子磁场模型进行化简。根据双磁场调制磁齿轮电机内部3种不同的磁场调制行为,内、外转子及电枢绕组在不同相位下的磁场耦合关系列写出双磁场调制磁齿轮电机的电磁方程,进一步推导得到反电动势与内外转子位置的变化关系,利用有限元求解双磁场调制磁齿轮电机在内、外转子不同转速及不同磁场相位差下的反电动势特性,与实验结果相比较,验证理论分析的正确性。To solve the problem of complex coupling mechanism and difficult modeling of the dual-flux-modulated magnetic gear machine(DFM-MGM),the electromagnetic characteristics of each port of the DFM-MGM are analyzed by finite element method(FEM).The magnetic field coupling relationship between the inner rotor,outer rotor and the armature winding was obtained,and the dual d-q rotation coordinate system based on the position of the inner and outer rotors was established.The magnetic field phase relationship between inner and outer rotors of the DFM-MGM was analyzed,and the superposition theorem was used to simplify the magnetic field model of dual rotors.The electromagnetic equation of the DFM-MGM was determined by using three different magnetic field modulation behaviors.According to the torque transfer relationship between inner and outer rotors and armature winding in different phases,the electromagnetic equation of the DFM-MGM was obtained.The back EMF characteristics of the DFM-MGM with different magnetic field phase difference between two rotors were solved.FEM and experiment results confirm the validity of the theoretical analysis.
