摘 要:混合励磁变速恒压风力发电机具有交错磁极转子结构,对整机进行三维电磁场漏磁分析耗费大量时间和计算内存,为此提出一种二维和三维电磁场混合计算方法。将该电机沿轴向分为永磁电机部分和混合励磁电机部分,采用二维电磁场对永磁电机部分进行分析,而对于混合励磁部分则采用三维电磁场进行分析,采用该方法较传统整体三维有限元方法显著提升了分析效率。研究了两部分的磁通分布规律和漏磁路径的差异,并对整机的漏磁系数进行计算,在此基础上研究两部分不同配比情况下的漏磁系数变化规律。最后,采用一台10 kW样机进行空载反电势测试,验证方法求解漏磁系数的准确性,为此类混合励磁电机研究提供理论参考。In order to solve the problem that it takes a lot of time and computational memory to analyze 3D electromagnetic flux leakage of hybrid excited variable speed constant voltage wind turbine with staggered pole rotor structure,a hybrid calculation method of 2D and 3D electromagnetic field is proposed.The motor was divided into permanent magnet motor part and mixed excitation motor part along the axial direction.The permanent magnet motor part was analyzed by 2D electromagnetic field,while the mixed excitation part was analyzed by 3D electromagnetic field.Compared with the traditional integral 3D finite element method,the analysis efficiency was significantly improved by using this method.The flux distribution and the difference of flux leakage path between the two parts were studied,and the flux leakage coefficient of the whole machine was calculated.On this basis,the variation law of the flux leakage coefficient of the two parts with different proportions was studied.Finally,a 10 kW prototype was used to test the no-load back electromotive force to verify the accuracy of the method,which provided a certain theoretical reference for the research of this kind of hybrid excitation motor.
