摘　　要：铜止水作为混凝土面板堆石坝防渗体系中至关重要的环节,其制作与安装过程中质量控制的好坏是决定大坝是否能够安全、稳定运行的重要因素之一。依托北川县开茂水库面板堆石坝止水铜片的施工,设计并制作了铜止水延压设备,不仅节约了施工成本,而且止水铜片成型在施工工效、施工质量控制、减少焊缝薄弱环节等方面均有显著提升。Copper water seal is a crucial part in the leakage prevention system of concrete faced rockfill dam(CFRD),and the quality control in the production and installation process is one of the important factors to determine whether the dam can operate safely and stably.In this paper,based on the construction of the copper water seal for the CFRD of Kaimao Reservoir in Beichuan County,the design and manufactures process of the copper water seal rolling equipment is introduced.This equipment can not only save the construction cost,but also significantly increase the construction efficiency and quality of the copper water seal and reduce the weak part of the welding.
