摘  要:本文利用透射电子显微镜研究了Mg⁃Al合金中β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相与α-Mg基体之间的取向关系,发现了两种新的取向关系:OR⁃A:[2110]α//[511]β,(0111)α//(011)β;OR⁃B:[2110]α//[111]β,(0001)α//(211)β,(0110)α//(011)β。两种新取向关系的析出相均为棒状,分别倾斜或垂直于(0001)α基面。此外,本文归纳总结了Mg⁃Al合金中Mg_(17)Al_(12)相与镁基体之间已报道的所有可能的取向关系,基于两相之间密排面的平行关系,可将Mg_(17)Al_(12)相与镁基体的取向关系分为四类,每一类取向关系的析出相都具有特定的形貌与惯习面特征。Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to investigate the orientation relationship(OR)betweenβ⁃Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase andα⁃Mg matrix in Mg⁃Al alloys.Two new ORs were observed:OR⁃A:[2110]α//[511]β,(0111)α//(011)β;OR⁃B:[2110]α//[111]β,(0001)α//(211)β,(0110)α//(011)β.The precipitates with both ORs have a rod⁃like shape with their long axis inclined to or perpendicular to the(0001)αbasal plane,respectively.In addition,all possible ORs between Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase and Mg matrix in Mg⁃Al alloys were also summarized in this work.Based on the parallel relationship of close⁃packed planes between the two phases,the ORs between Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase and Mg matrix can be divided into four types.The corresponding precipitates for each OR type have a unique morphology and habit plane.
