摘 要:为测试深低温氦透平膨胀机的性能,搭建了一套低温氦透平膨胀机综合性能实验台,可满足常温至液氢温区、宽流量范围的氦透平膨胀机测试。测试内容包括膨胀机降温过程中的热力性能和机械性能等,为氦透平膨胀机在系统中的最终使用提供依据。在该实验台上,对一台自主研发的2 t/d氢液化系统用氦透平膨胀机开展了多工况测试:膨胀机降温过程稳定,378 min从常温降温至48.9 K;最高稳定转速72900 r/min;最高效率78.83%,出现在特性比0.672处。实验过程中,通过变制动压力的控制方法,实现整个降温过程的变工况运行。测试结果表明实验台可满足深低温氦透平膨胀机测试功能,所测试的2 t/d氢液化系统用氦透平膨胀机达到了设计要求。In order to test the performance of a deep-cryogenic helium turbo-expander,a test rig was built,which could cover different conditions in a wide mass flow range from ambient to liquid-hydrogen temperature.The thermal and mechanical performance during cooling process of expanders can be tested on the rig,providing references for the actual use of the expanders in systems.On this test rig,a self-developed helium turbo-expander for a 2 t/d hydrogen liquefaction system was tested under multiple working conditions.The cooling process of the expander was stable,and it was cooled from ambient temperature to 48.9 K for 378 min.The maximum rotating speed could reach 72.9×103 r/min,and the maximum efficiency could reach 78.83%,appearing at the characteristic ratio of 0.672.During the experiment,the control method of variable braking pressure was used,ensuring the expander operating at different working conditions.The test results show that the test rig can implement the test tasks of cryogenic helium turbo-expanders,and the tested helium turbo-expander for the 2 t/d hydrogen liquefaction system meets the design requirements.
