摘　　要：创伤相关疾病,如创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)和急性应激障碍(ASD),因暴露于创伤事件而发生,ASD的诊断最初引进的目的是为改善在经历创伤事件后易发展为PTSD的高危人群的个体研究,两者诊断标准密切相关。50%以上ASD患者会发展成PTSD,其发病率随着时间的延长而下降,ASD的诊断在一定程度上可预测后期PTSD的发生。女性和年龄小是患两种疾病的共同危险因素,ASD再体验症状和ASD的高唤醒症状可预测PTSD的严重程度;谷氨酸浓度以及皮质醇水平都与PTSD的发生密切相关,认知行为治疗是可预防ASD患者发生PTSD的有效手段。文章主要就ASD和PTSD之间的关系进行综述。Trauma-related disorders,such as posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and acute stress disorder(ASD),are developed from exposure to traumatic events.The diagnosis of ASD is originally introduced to improve the research on high-risk populations who develop PTSD after a traumatic event,the diagnostic criteria of ASD and PTSD are closely related.This review summarizes the relationship between ASD and PTSD.More than half of the patients with ASD develops PTSD later,and the incidence decreases over time.The diagnosis of ASD can predict the development of PTSD to some extent.Female and young age are common risk factors for the two diseases.ASD reexperience symptoms and hyperarousal symptoms can predict the severity of PTSD.Glutamate concentrationand cortisol level are closely associated with the development of PTSD.The cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)has been an effective treatment to prevent PTSD among patients with ASD.It′s necessary to explore more comprehensive approach to predict and treat PTSD that combining ASD symptoms,biological and cognitive responses in future studies.
