摘 要:环维黄杨星D(CVB-D)属于一种孕甾烷类生物碱,在临床上治疗心血管方面的疾病具有良好的疗效,近期也有研究表明其具有抗肿瘤活性。CVB-D水溶性差、生物利用度较低等问题严重限制了其应用范围。因此对CVB-D进行药物制剂学改造,如新型纳米递药系统,改善CVB-D溶解度,提高治疗效果,降低其毒副作用具有重要的意义。近年围绕环维黄杨宁D的纳米递药系统进行了大量研究,文章主要对CVB-D新型纳米递药系统的研究进展进行综述。Cyclovirobuxine D is the progesterone alkaloids,which has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and recent studies have also shown that it has certain anti-tumor activity.However,the application of Cyclovirobuxine D is limited by its poor water solubility and low bioavailability.Therefore,it is of great significance for the treatment of pharmaceutical engineering of Cyclovirobuxine D,such as novel nano-drug delivery system,to improve the solubility and therapeutic effect and reduce its toxicity and side effects.Recently,a large number of studies have been carried out on the nano-drug delivery systems of Cyclovirobuxine D and the research progress of novel nano-drug delivery systems of Cyclovirobuxine D is reviewed in this paper.
