摘 要:中性点非直接接地系统发生单相接地故障时,允许短期内带故障运行,但长期带故障运行会导致其他健全相的对地电压迅速升高,危害电力系统稳定运行。因此,针对中性点非直接接地系统的故障选线尤为重要,该文采用一种基于CEEMD分解零序电流幅值相位的选线方法,通过分析线路之间的零序电流与零序电压,利用零序电流相位判据进行初步判断。若初步判断故障为线路故障,则利用零序电流最大值判据和CEEMD分解零序电流得到的内涵模态分量来确定出具体发生故障的线路。通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了该方法原理清晰,选线逻辑简单可靠且不受故障距离和过渡电阻的影响,具有良好的准确性和可靠性。When a single⁃phase grounding fault occurs in a neutral point indirectly grounded system,short⁃term operation with fault is allowed,but long⁃term operation with a fault will cause the ground voltage of other healthy phases to rise rapidly and endanger the stable operation of the power system.Therefore,it is particularly important for fault line selection of neutral non⁃directly grounded system.In this paper,a line selection method based on CEEMD decomposition of zero⁃sequence current amplitude and phase is adopted.By analyzing zero⁃sequence current and zero⁃sequence voltage between lines,zero⁃sequence current phase criterion is used for preliminary judgment.If it is preliminarily judged that the fault is a line fault,the maximum value of zero⁃sequence current criterion and the intrinsic modal components obtained by CEEMD decomposition of the zero⁃sequence current are used to determine the specific faulty line.It is verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation that the principle of the method is clear,the line selection logic is simple and reliable,and it is not affected by the fault distance and transition resistance,and has good accuracy and reliability.
