摘 要:为研究平板静电四极透镜的电场,计算其电极边缘效应对电场分布的影响。文章将保角变换法、格林函数法和计算机数值模拟相结合,讨论平板静电四极透镜的电场,得到其电势和场强分布。利用软件MATLAB对场分布进行数值模拟,画出其电场线和等势线图,并由平板静电四极透镜的场强分布说明其对电子束的聚焦原理。文章的研究方法对与新型静电透镜的设计和研发具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。In order to study the electric field of the flat electrostatic quadrupole lens and calculate the influence of its electrode edge effect on the electric field distribution,this paper combines the conformal transformation method,Green's function method and computer numerical simulation to discuss the electric field of the flat electrostatic quadrupole lens and obtain its potential and field intensity distribution.The field distribution is numerically simulated by using the software MATLAB,and its electric field lines and equipotential lines are drawn.The focusing principle of the flat electrostatic quadrupole lens is explained by its field intensity distribution.The research method in this paper has certain theoretical significance and reference value for the design and development of new electrostatic lens.
