摘 要:为提高半焦气化所产气体的能量、优化半焦气化的气化条件,以陕西榆林褐煤中低温热解得到的固体产物半焦为原料,以Na_(2)CO_(3)和K_(2)CO_(3)为催化剂,在三塔式循环流化床(TBCFB)系统-鼓泡流化床气化装置上,开展了半焦水蒸气-氧气气化实验。利用分析方法探究不同水蒸气与半焦质量比(0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2,1.5,2.1)、氧气当量比(0.20,0.25,0.30,0.35,0.40)和催化剂负载量(负载10%Na_(2)CO_(3)、负载10%K_(2)CO_(3)和负载5%K_(2)CO_(3)-5%Na_(2)CO_(3))对半焦气化合成气的值分布和目的效率的影响。结果表明:水蒸气与半焦质量比由0.3升高至2.1时,各成分气体按其对合成气值的贡献关系由大到小排列依次为H_(2),CO,CH_(4),CO_(2);在水蒸气与半焦质量比为1.5时,合成气的总值和目的效率都达到最大。当氧气当量比由0.25提升到0.40时,各成分气体按其对合成气值的贡献关系由大到小排列依次为CO,H_(2),CO_(2),CH_(4);当氧气当量比为0.30时目的效率最大,为12.33%。加入催化剂K_(2)CO_(3)和Na_(2)CO_(3)可以明显改善半焦气化效果,提高气化合成气的值和目的效率,当半焦负载复合催化剂5%K_(2)CO_(3)-5%Na_(2)CO_(3)时,半焦气化效果最好。In order to improve the energy of the gas produced by semi-coke gasification and optimize the gasification conditions of semi-coke gasification,semi-coke steam-oxygen gasification experiments were carried out on a three-bed circulating fluidized bed(TBCFB)system-bubbling fluidized bed gasification unit using solid product semi-coke obtained from medium and low temperature pyrolysis of lignite in Yulin,Shaanxi Province,with Na_(2)CO_(3) and K_(2)CO_(3) as catalysts.Exergy analysis was used to investigate the effects of the mass ratios of steam to semi-coke(0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2,1.5,2.1),oxygen equivalent ratios(0.20,0.25,0.30,0.35,0.40)and catalyst loads(loading 10%Na_(2)CO_(3),loading 10%K_(2)CO_(3) and loading 5%K_(2)CO_(3)-5%Na_(2)CO_(3))on the exergy value distribution and target exergy efficiency of semi-coke gasified syngas.The results show that when the mass ratio of steam to semi-coke increases from 0.3 to 2.1,according to the contribution of each constituent gas to the exergy value of syngas from large to small,the order of the constituent gas is H_(2),CO,CH_(4),CO_(2).The total exergy value and target exergy efficiency of syngas reach the maximum at the mass ratio of steam to semi-coke of 1.5.When the oxygen equivalent ratio increases from 0.25 to 0.40,according to the contribution of each constituent gas to the exergy value of syngas from large to small,the order of the constituent gas is CO,H_(2),CO_(2),CH_(4).When the oxygen equivalent ratio is 0.30,the maximum target exergy efficiency is 12.33%.Adding catalysts K_(2)CO_(3) or Na_(2)CO_(3) can increase the exergy value and target exergy efficiency of gasified syngas,obviously improving the effect of semi-coke gasification.The best effect of semi-coke gasification is achieved when the loaded catalyst is 5%K_(2)CO_(3)-5%Na_(2)CO_(3).
