摘 要:目的本研究分析微创综合疗法对外伤性颅内血肿神经功能的影响作用,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法以本院2018年1月至2019年12月期间诊治的外伤性颅内血肿患者为研究对象。140例患者随机分为两组:对照组(n=70)患者接受常规开颅血肿清除术,观察者(n=70)患者接受微创综合疗法治疗,分析两组患者神经功能及炎症因子水平的变化。结果对照组和观察组研究对象治疗后神经功能缺损评分、炎症因子IL1β、IL2及IL6水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者的上述变化更显著(P<0.05);对照组和观察组研究对象治疗后血肿量明显降低(P<0.05)而周围水肿量明显升高(P<0.05),且对照组患者的周围水肿量升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论微创综合疗法能有效改善外伤性颅内血肿神经功能评分,且对炎症因子水平有明显的降低作用。Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of minimally invasive combined therapy on neurological function in traumatic intracranial hematoma.Methods The patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.140 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(n=70)underwent routine craniotomy and evacuation of hematoma.N=70 patients were treated with minimally invasive comprehensive therapy.The changes of nerve function and inflammatory factors in the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit score,the levels of inflammatory factors IL1 beta,IL2 and IL6 in the control group and the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The above changes in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of hematoma in the control group and the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the amount of peripheral edema increased significantly(P<0.05).The volume of edema around the control group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive comprehensive therapy can effectively improve the neurological function score of traumatic intracranial hematoma,and significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
