帕金森病患者采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗的临床效果及对患者UPDRS评分的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究帕金森病患者采用还原型谷胱甘肽的效果及对患者UPDRS评分的影响。方法将本院2018年7月至2021年7月接受治疗的100例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,以随机综合平衡法分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例)。对照组和观察分别使用常规治疗、还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,比较治疗效果、UPDRS评分、HAMD评分、MMSE评分、生活质量、各项临床指标。结果观察组患者和对照组患者的治疗有效率98.00%、82.00%对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组患者和对照组患者UPDRS评分对比差异显著,P<0.05。在生活质量项目中,本次研究发现观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组HAMD评分、MMSE评分对比无统计学差异,P>0.05;观察组患者干预后和对照组患者干预后HAMD评分、MMSE评分对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组患者和对照组患者的TRAP、LPO、GSH-Px对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论在帕金森患者治疗期间,通过予以还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,临床症状得以改善,心理状态保持在稳定状态,且患者认知功能有所改善,生活质量随之升高,很大程度上提高了患者的治疗水平。Objective To analyze the effect of reduced glutathione on patients with Parkinson's disease and its impact on the UPDRS score of patients.Methods 100 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were taken as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by comprehensive balance method.The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional treatment and reduced glutathione respectively,and the treatment effect,UPDRS score,HAMD score,MMSE score,quality of life and various clinical indicators were compared.Results The effective rates of 98.00%and 82.00%in the observation group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).There was significant difference in UPDRS scores between the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group(P<0.05).In the quality of life project,this study found that the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in HAMD score and MMSE score in the observation group(P>0.05);There was significant difference in HAMD score and MMSE score between the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The TRAP,LPO and GSH Px of patients in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of Parkinson's patients,the clinical symptoms can be improved,the psychological state can be maintained in a stable state,the cognitive function of the patients can be improved,and the quality of life can be improved,which greatly improves the treatment level of the patients.
