摘 要:目的分析高频电磁暴露环境对工作人员氧化应激水平的影响。方法招募连续从事至少1年以上与高频电磁辐射有关的工作人员228例纳入暴露组,同时招募该单位与高频电磁辐射工作无关的工作人员228例纳入对照组。多点监测工作环境的电磁强度;分别对2组人员丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等氧化应激指标进行检测。结果本研究暴露组工作人员的电磁环境频段为5.5 MHz~1.84 GHz,介于高频至特高频之间;氧化应激指标检测结果显示,暴露组工作人员的GSH水平高于对照组(P=0.049),MDA水平低于对照组(P=0.043),2组GSH-Px、GST、SOD、LDH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究中的高频电磁暴露环境并未诱导相关工作人员机体的氧化应激。Objective To analyze the effect of high frequency electromagnetic exposure environment on oxidative stress level of related workers.Methods A total of 228 workers who had been continuously engaged in work related to high frequency electromagnetic radiation for at least one year were included in the exposure group,and 228 workers who had not been engaged in work related to high frequency electromagnetic radiation in this department were included in the control group.Multi-point monitoring of the electromagnetic intensity of working environment were done.The malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),glutathione S-transferase(GST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and other oxidative stress indicators of the two groups were respectively detected.Results The frequency band of the electromagnetic environment of workers in the exposure group in this study was 5.5 MHz to 1.84 GHz,ranging from high frequency to ultra-high frequency.The oxidative stress indicators results showed that the GSH level of workers in the exposure group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.049),while the MDA level in the exposure group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.043),there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of GSH-Px,GST,SOD and LDH between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The high frequency electromagnetic exposure environment in this study did not induce the oxidative stress in the body of related workers.
