摘  要:中国某煤化工LDPE装置在大检修时,现场拆检高压循环系统出口至二次机入口管线,发现管线内壁存有大量聚合物粉末附着,此现象表明高循系统分离效果不佳,低分子量聚合物被带至后系统管线,由于温度降低冷却沉积于管道内壁。文章从工艺参数、相分离、聚合运行方式等方面分析影响高循系统分离效果的因素,并提出针对性的改进措施。During the overhaul of a domestic coal chemical LDPE unit,the pipeline from the outlet of the high-pressure circulation system to the inlet of the secondary unit was disassembled and inspected on site.It was found that there was a large amount of polymer powder attached to the inner wall of the pipeline.This phenomenon showed that the separation effect of the high-pressure circulation system was poor.The low molecular weight polymer was brought to the rear system pipeline and deposited on the inner wall of the pipeline due to cooling due to temperature reduction.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the separation effect of high pressure circulation system from the aspects of process parameters,phase separation and polymerization operation mode,and puts forward targeted improvement measures.
