摘  要:文章分析了气化炉日常运行过程中,脱氧水槽出现填料堵塞,放空管线间歇性带水的原因。结合检修过程中对填料的卸出检查,从设备改良、技术改造、工艺调整等多方面入手,采取一系列解决措施,取得了良好的效果,保证了气化炉的安全稳定长周期运行。In the daily operation of the gasifier,the causes for the blockage of the filler in the deoxygenation tank and the intermittent water in the venting pipeline are analyzed.Subsequently,a series of solutions were taken from the aspects of equipment improvement,technical transformation,process adjustment,etc.,in combination with the unloading inspection of the filler during the maintenance process.Finally,it has been verified that these measures have achieved good results,ensuring the safe and stable long-term operation of the gasifier.
