摘  要:为解决异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)型端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)/衬层/玻璃钢(FRP)粘接体系中近界面推进剂软化问题,采用红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TG)、凝胶含量以及界面粘接性能测试等方法,研究了IPDI型HTPB推进剂与玻璃钢(FRP)绝热层界面粘接性能及增强技术。结果表明,IPDI型HTPB推进剂/衬层/玻璃钢粘接体系的近界面推进剂易形成弱强度层,通过在玻璃钢与衬层间增加一层富含异氰酸根活性基团的胶粘剂BN-01,可显著增强近界面推进剂强度,改善界面粘接性能,当胶粘剂BN-01成型厚度为0.06 mm时,近界面推进剂凝胶含量提高了47.8%,联合扯离强度提高了71.0%,燃烧室装药界面粘接质量良好。To solve softening problems in isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)type terminal hydroxyl polybutiene(HTPB)/liner/glass steel(FRP)bonding system,the interfacial bonding properties and reinforced technology of IPDI type HTPB propellant and FRP insulation were studied by IR,TG,gel content and interfacial bonding property test.The results show that the near interface pro-pellant of IPDI-HTPB propellant/liner/FRP bonding system is easy to form the weaker strength layer.By adding a layer of adhesive BN-01 rich in isocyanate active group between FRP and liner,the near interface propellant strength can be significantly enhanced and the interface bonding performance can be improved.When the forming thickness of adhesive BN-01 is 0.06 mm,the gel content of the near interface propellant increases by 47.8%,the joint tear strength increases by 71%,and the bonding quality of the chamber interface is good.
