摘 要:对卧式贮存条件下固体火箭发动机药柱应力分布规律和定期翻转对药柱损伤的影响规律开展研究。基于热粘弹性本构和累积损伤理论建立了考虑损伤的发动机药柱有限元计算模型,并对卧式贮存条件下某型固体火箭发动机定期翻转进行数值仿真,获得药柱的应力和损伤分布情况。仿真结果表明,卧式贮存条件下,药柱应力危险点位于III象限药柱前端人工脱粘根部;采取定期翻转的策略时,药柱最大累积损伤为不翻转条件下的31.0%;以0.5、1、2 a作为翻转周期对固体火箭发动机进行水平卧式贮存8 a后,药柱损伤均发生在药柱前端人工脱粘层根部环形区域,损伤分布规律基本一致。所得结果可为评估定期翻转对卧式贮存固体火箭发动机药柱的影响提供参考。The stress distribution law of solid rocket motor grain under horizontal storage conditions and the influence of period-ic turnover on grain damage were investigated.Based on the thermo-viscoelastic constitutive and cumulative damage theory,a finite element calculation model of the motor grain considering damage was established,and the periodic turnover of a solid rocket motor under horizontal storage conditions was numerically simulated to obtain stress and damage distribution of the grain.The simulation results show that under the condition of horizontal storage,stress dangerous point of the grain is located at the root of stress release boot at the front end of grain in the third quadrant;when the strategy of periodic turnover is adopted,the maximum cumulative dam-age of grain under the condition of periodic turnover is 31.0%of that without turnover;After the solid rocket motor is horizontally stored for 8 years with half a year,1 year and 2 years as the turnover period,the damage of grain occurs in the annular area of stress release boot root at the front end of the grain,and the damage distribution law is basically the same.The results can provide reference for evaluating the influence of periodic overturn on the solid rocket motor grain under the conditions of horizontal storage.
